operasional Perusahaan secara etis dan bertanggungjawab dengan mematuhi ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan terkait anti penyuapan yang berlaku serta selalu fokus menjadi Perusahaan yang berintegritas dan bersih melalui upaya peningkatan secara berkelanjutan dengan:<\/p><ol><li>Melarang segala bentuk penyuapan dan sejenisnya dengan menerapkan prinsip Zero Tolerance di lingkungan PT Asuransi Reliance Indonesia serta mitra bisnis Perseroan;<\/li><li>Mematuhi peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku terkait dengan anti penyuapan:<\/li><li>Menyelaraskan kebijakan anti penyuapan dengan tujuan Perseroan;<\/li><li>Menyelaraskan Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang mendukung tercapainya tujuan anti penyuapan di lingkungan PT Asuransi Reliance Indonesia;<\/li><li>Memastikan komitmen untuk memenuhi persyaratan Sistem Manajemen Anti Penyuapan;<\/li><li>Mendorong peningkatan kesadaran anti penyuapan kepada seluruh karyawan;<\/li><li>Menjalankan prinsip perbaikan berkelanjutan dalam Sistem Manajemen Anti Penyuapan;<\/li><li>Memberikan tanggung jawab, kewenangan dan independensi kepada Fungsi Kepatuhan Anti Penyuapan.<\/li><li>Memberikan sanksi tegas kepada pelanggar ketentuan dalan
