Waktu menatap layar adalah aktivitas yang tidak banyak bergerak, artinya Anda tidak aktif secara fisik saat duduk. Sangat sedikit energi yang terpakai selama <em>screen time<\/em>.<\/p><p>Kebanyakan anak-anak menghabiskan sekitar 3 jam sehari untuk menonton TV. Jika digabungkan, semua jenis waktu pemakaian perangkat dapat berjumlah 5 hingga 7 jam sehari.
